美辣妈捐315公斤母乳创纪录

　　郭德纲在相声里砸挂于谦，说他小时候妈妈奶水多，吃不了就装瓶里，他爸爸早晨起来蹬自行车出去送奶卖。当然，这只不过是虚构的相声段子，但在现实中，却真有妈妈因为自己的奶水实在太多而把它们捐出去。来自美国德克萨斯州的一位年轻辣妈，就凭藉9个月时间里捐出的11115盎司（约315公斤）母乳，获得吉尼斯世界纪录认证，成为世界上“捐赠母乳最多的人”，她比之前的纪录多捐出了3000盎司（约85公斤）。

　　去年3月，28岁的艾丽西亚·里奇曼（Alicia Richman）生下儿子后，发现自己奶水实在太多。当里奇曼不知如何处理多余奶水时，她了解到北德州母乳银行专门收集母乳，提供给那些有需要的重症病婴或早产儿时，她便高兴地开始了不平凡的捐乳行动。从2011年6月至2012年3月间，她共向这家非营利性的慈善机构母乳银行捐赠了11115盎司母乳，并意想不到的创下了新的世界纪录。

　　根据世界卫生组织建议，喂养婴儿的第一选择是孩子母亲的乳汁，捐助者母乳为第二选择，配方奶粉应该是最后的手段。而北德州母乳银行执行长维克斯表示，3盎司（约0.085公斤）的母乳足以喂养一名早产儿9次，里奇曼的慷慨捐赠已经能够救活美国各地数百名，甚至上千名早产儿。

　　“我觉得这是上帝赐予的，让我有源源不绝的奶水。”里奇曼在接受媒体采访时说，自己时时刻刻都有充足的奶水，不论是在工作、度假或在车子里都可以挤奶，完全不需要买奶粉。她也呼吁其他母亲，如果奶水过多，不妨将奶水捐出，帮助更多需要母乳的孩子。

Alicia Richman has shattered the world record after the new mom donated an incredible 329 litres (86.8 gallons) of breast milk to a Texas milk bank.As WFAA News 8 reports, Richman's plentiful reserves broke the previous "Most Breast Milk Donated" entry by 87 litres (23 gallons.)"I'm so thankful that I'm able to help not only my own baby, Drake, but all of the little babies who need it and are sick. It really feels amazing, and I'm so thankful that I'm able to do it," she tells the news network.After her son was born last year, the Granbury resident accumulated two freezers' worth of extra milk between June 2011 and March 2012.

With no extra space to store her supplies, she discovered the Mothers' Milk Bank of North Texas, a non-profit that offers breast milk to babies in intensive care whose mothers can't produce their own.The New York Daily News notes that just three ounces of breast milk can feed a premature infant nine times.Imagine, then, what Richman's combined 11,115 ounces have done for babies and mothers in the area."Alicia's generous gift of human milk has fed hundreds, and more likely, thousands of premature babies across the United States," Amy Vickers, executive director of the Mothers' Milk Bank, tells the paper.
